"Sunflower" is the farm house that is situated between Umbrian hills and overlooks on Tevere valley. It is situated between 2 important art cities like Todi (12km) and Orvieto (20km). The farmhouse has been recently completely restored by stones and has got elegant enclosed swimming pool and outside shower, garden with large porch and stone table, gazebo and the wooden log cabin.

The farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of the ground, orchard, olive groves and vineyards. You can use big wooden owen.

The property is located 15 km from the centre of Todi, and 30 km from the centre of Orvieto.

There is a private: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, 01.05.-25.09.), outside shower, patio, and garden furniture. Motor access (via unmade road).
