Villa Milani Residenza d'Epoca's lovely gardens include relics from Roman and Renaissance times, and mythological statues. The panoramic terrace overlooks the Medieval town of Spoleto 2 km away.
The Residenza d'Epoca also offers a free swimming pool, set apart from the villa in its own garden with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, fields and woodland.
From May to September, Villa Milani serves a light lunch menu, and a fixed-menu dinner based on homemade traditional Umbrian dishes.

Villa Milani is a charming small hotel of 11 rooms with romantic names of constellations. Built in 1880 as the country house of Giovanni Battista Milani – a well-known Roman architect of the early 1900s – who enlarged and furnished it to match its Classical and Renaissance features, later the property was faithfully restored by Giovanna Milani and Luigi Capobianchi and awarded the category of Historic Mansion by the Regional authorities of Umbria.

- Exit at the Orte tollbooth.
- Take the highway to Terni.
- At Spoleto, 1st entrance.
- Take the A14 motorway Bologna-Ancona.
- Exit at the tollbooth of Cesena.
- Take the highway E45 to Rome - Perugia, Foligno, Spoleto - 2nd entrance.
When at the entrance of Spoleto, follow the indications to Torricella. Villa Milani is on the road at about 1.5 km.
By Air:
The regional Perugia S. Egidio Airport is only at 55 km, 40 minutes drive, while the International Rome Fiumicino Airport is at 160 km, 2 hours drive. In both there are rental car agencies and shuttle services. The hotel can arrange transportation services to and from Villa Milani at an additional cost (on request).
By Train:
Spoleto station: 4 km. There is also a train service to and from Rome (75 minutes).
