With her long experience of the simple but tasty local cuisine, Rosita is the chef of the Quo Vadis restaurant, full of its ancient country flavours and of recipes that have been passed from generation to generation. Certain dishes served at the restarant can be found nowhere else. These include Tortelloni alle barbe rosse; tortelloni alle zucche gialle; penne al lardo di colonnata con ceci; pasticcio di radicchio; lasagne ai sapori dell'orto, Filetto di maiale alle prugne; filetto di vitello al lardo di colonnata, al vino nobile; filetto in crosta; capretto in arrosto con cipolline; galletto al mattone; anatra agli agrumi; piccione farcito al tartufo, Mousse all'arancia; parfait al croccante; bavarese alle viole. Rosita's son Simone takes care of the pizzeria, with its wood-fired oven.
