- Leave at the Valdichiana tollgate.
- Take the Perugia - Bettolle motorway and follow directions to Perugia.
- Join the E45 motorway and follow directions to Assisi.
- When you reach Collestrada, keep following directions to Assisi and join the SS. 75 Centrale Umbra motorway;
- After 1 km leave at the Ospedalicchio exit.
- Turn right and take the road to Assisi for about 1.5 km.

From North-East:
- Take the A14 Adriatica.
- Leave at the Cesena tollgate.
- Take the E45 motorway and follow directions to Perugia.
- When you reach Collestrada, join the SS. 75 Centrale Umbra motorway, following directions to Assisi.
- After 1 km leave at the Ospedalicchio exit.
- Turn right and take the road to Assisi for about 1.5 km.

From South:
- Take the A1 Milano-Napoli
- Leave at the Orte tollgate.
- Take the Terni-Orte motorway, following directions to Perugia;.
- Join the E45 motorway and follow directions to Assisi.
- When you reach Collestrada, keep following directions to Assisi and join the SS. 75 Centrale Umbra motorway;
- After 1 km leave at the Ospedalicchio exit.
- Turn right and take the road to Assisi for about 1.5 km.
